Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Malibu. By creating an account or using Malibu, you agree to them.
What Malibu provides
Malibu analyzes publicly available product and listing information to help you decide whether to buy, wait, or consider another listing. Malibu can save products, track prices, and notify you when a monitored price changes.
Price information is time-sensitive
Retailers control their listings, inventory, taxes, shipping, membership prices, variants, and availability. Malibu works to show linked, comparable listings, but information can change between an analysis and checkout. Always verify the product, condition, seller, total price, and return policy on the retailer’s listing before purchasing.
No financial or purchasing guarantee
Malibu provides informational recommendations, not financial advice or a guarantee of savings, availability, product quality, or future prices. You remain responsible for purchasing decisions and transactions with retailers.
Your account
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use Malibu lawfully. You may not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious URLs, interfere with price checks, or use automated access that harms service availability.
Subscriptions
If your account has a paid Malibu subscription, its price, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown at purchase. Deleting your Malibu account cancels an active Malibu subscription and ends access. Except where required by law, deletion does not create a retroactive refund.
Third-party services
Malibu links to third-party retailers and uses third-party infrastructure. Retailer purchases are between you and the retailer. Malibu is not responsible for retailer products, fulfillment, warranties, returns, or external site availability.
Service availability
We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of Malibu to protect users, maintain security, comply with law, or improve reliability. We do not promise uninterrupted service.
Termination
You can stop using Malibu or delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, threaten security, or abuse the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date and, when appropriate, notice through Malibu.
